As you enter the home you are greeted with an updated kitchen, offering white stone countertops and propane stove, perfect to prepare a gourmet meal after a day at the beach.  There is a dining table for all to gather to enjoy family meals or a game night.  The large living room offers multiple seating areas and the large original stone fireplace adds to the ambiance, though only for decoration. 

The second floor provides all sleeping accommodations in four generous bedrooms.  The four rooms share a full bathroom which features a white tiled shower and tub combination. One room features a king bed and two others offer full size beds.  The other bedroom features two twin beds.

The home doesn’t forget that some of the best summer memories are spent outdoors.  The large front porch is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, or read a book. A large screened in porch offers a table for dining outdoors.  

Matunuck is a special beach community.  The home is a short walk to community beach.  You can watch surfers at one of the best breaks in New England at Deep Hole Fishing Area.  Also within walking distance is renowned beach bar, The Ocean Mist. Other restaurants within walking distance include The Pub, Matunuck Pizza, and Vanilla Bean.  The best sandwiches around can be found at SeaView Market.  While on vacation enjoy the arts at Theater-by-the-Sea, which offers a variety of shows over the summer. Locally grown vegetables including delicious summer corn can be found at Carpenter's Farm stand along with locally sourced meats and other provisions. 

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
