Located only 1500 ft. from Scarborough Beach, this single level vacation home with central a/c is one you will want to return to year after year. All three bedrooms are spacious with queen sized beds and the kitchen, living and dining areas are open with sliders to a deck and grassy backyard. The queen sized pullout sofa in the living room was purchased in spring 2023 and is perfect as an extra bed. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The interior of the home is clean and bright with hardwood floors and tile for easy cleanup.  A well behaved dog is allowed with $100 pet fee with prior approval from Sunrise Properties. The driveway can accommodate two larger cars, or three smaller cars.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
