A large ductless split air conditioning unit is situated in the living room areas on each floor. Tenants can also access the garage to store bikes, etc. This property is a good value for a large group.

This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels.
