The main house features four spacious bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, updated appliances, renovated bathrooms and gleaming hardwood floors throughout. It also includes a large LCD TV in the main living area, LCD TVs in 3 of the bedrooms along with a washer and dryer. Bed sizes in the main house include 2 queens, 1 full and 2 twins (bunk bed).
The carriage house features an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, its own kitchen, two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms along with a deck, outdoor furniture, hammock and an efficiency washer and dryer. There is also a 42" LCD TV in the main living area and an LCD TV in one of the bedrooms. The largest bedroom in the carriage house has a queen size bed. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (2 twins).
Both houses have wireless high-speed internet and cable TV. Window AC units are included in all bedrooms and are also provided in the living quarters. Narragansett Town Beach, shops and restaurants are approximately 3/4 of a mile away. Tennis courts, playground and baseball fields are a short walk down the street. The historic town of Wakefield is also a short ride away.
This home offers versatility for families needing extra space or separate accommodations for older children or relatives. There is a high chair, booster seat, umbrella stroller, jogger and toddler bed on premises for families with small children. There are 3 bikes along with a basketball hoop/balls, beach toys, a wagon, and beach chairs in the shed. For rainy days, there are board games, DVD players, and books available.
