Step inside to find a welcoming and well-appointed interior, where you can relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The spacious living areas provide room for socializing and creating lasting memories. You'll find two queen size beds as well as a pull-out sofa for the extra guest. All furniture was purchased new in spring 2023. 

Outside, a private yard offers a tranquil space for outdoor activities or simply soaking up the sunshine. Whether you're having a barbecue with friends and family or just lounging on the patio, the backyard provides a perfect retreat.

In addition to the beach, this home is conveniently located near various attractions, including restaurants, bike trails, playgrounds, and even free summer concerts. You'll have easy access to multiple state beaches and the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area.

Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day),  this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a four-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. Commercially laundered linens packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This included linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. The listed cleaning/linen charge is for one week. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional weekly linen charge and an additional $25 cleaning charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit.
