Within 20 minutes, you can be in Newport, Wickford, Wakefield, Jamestown or at many of the beaches in Narragansett and South Kingstown.  Baron;s Homemade Ice Cream, a treasured local establishment, is two minutes away. The Coastal Cabin and Twin Willows restaurants are just minutes away as are many other eating establishments. Roch's Market is right up the road as is a Dunkin Donuts.  

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
