A 24’x36’ great room is the star of this home. It boasts a floor-to-ceiling fieldstone fireplace, built-in bookcases and window seats, and beamed ceiling that is partially vaulted to the second floor. An oversized sofa in the Great Room converts to a sofa bed.
An upper-level master suite features fabulous built-ins, a flat screen smart TV, and a private bath with stand up tiled shower. The three remaining second floor bedrooms (one has two full beds, the other two have one full bed each) share a hall bathroom with combo shower/tub unit. One of these bedrooms has a furnished rooftop balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for stargazing or sipping morning coffee. There is a bedroom on the first floor bedroom with a queen sized bed and smart TV and adjacent hall bathroom with tiled shower. The property offers air conditioning for guests comfort.
Well-suited for cooking and sharing meals for a houseful, the recently remodeled, sparkling kitchen has a full wall of windows that overlook the terrace, a gourmet gas stove, a cappuccino machine and breakfast bar seating. This one-acre property includes a spacious and private outdoor terrace that includes a 40’ inground pool, Weber Grill, outdoor bar, Sunsails for shade and plenty of seating for alfresco dining. A summer vacation isn’t complete without grilling, local seafood, and farm fresh vegetables. Farmstands, markets and "fresh off the docks" seafood are just a short drive away.
Please note that in late June, July and August turnover day is Friday and there is a seven night minimum rental.
