For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning, bed linens and bathroom towel sets for the occupancy of the property. 

This property offers six bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 12 people.  The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated featuring neutral beach colors and accents. The house offers two living rooms, central air conditioning and parking for six cars.  Scarborough beach is a seven minute walk.  The neighborhood also features a playground. This is a wonderful home to create summer memories. A beach cart, umbrella, cooler and beach toys.

Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day),  this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a four-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.  

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
