This home sleeps 10 of your friends and family in two, one-level apartments that are rented together as a single house.  Both apartments have their own kitchens and brand new stackable washers and dryers. There are two driveways with plenty of parking for everyone’s cars, a large backyard for fun-filled cookouts and lawn games, plus an outdoor shower!  Beach chairs and a beach cart are provided to make your trip to the beach easier. Both apartments are updated with new furniture and mattresses and equipped with brand new kitchenware.  *Each living room has a new, full size sofa and a loveseat (photos only show loveseat).

The first floor apartment features a newly renovated, bright and cheery kitchen with smooth top range, microwave, and dishwasher.  A breakfast bar with seating opens to a comfortable living room which has plenty of room for relaxing and gathering.  The two bedrooms in this apartment share a newly renovated bathroom with tub and shower. The second floor apartment has a separate entrance and features two generously-sized bedrooms that share a bathroom with tub and shower.  The eat-in kitchen has an updated range and dishwasher and opens to a living room with a flat screen television. Both levels have air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living rooms for comfort. A spacious deck off the second floor features dining and seating for the whole group - the perfect spot to linger and enjoy after a day at the beach!

Roger Wheeler/Sand Hill Cove Beach is a short walk away. With its playground, picnic tables, breakwater barrier and gentle surf, this beach continues to be a favorite for families with young children. Surrounding options are plentiful!  Treat yourself to lots of dining possibilities in nearby Galilee, explore Block Island’s famous Mohegan Bluffs from the nearby ferry, or take in panoramic views from Point Judith Harbor of Refuge breakwater. For bird enthusiasts, the Galilee Bird Sanctuary is only a mile away.

Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
