There are two driveways with plenty of parking for everyone’s cars, a large backyard for fun-filled cookouts and lawn games, plus an outdoor shower! Beach chairs and a beach cart are provided to make your trip to the beach easier. Both apartments are updated with new furniture and mattresses and equipped with brand new kitchenware. *Each living room has a new, full size sofa and a loveseat (photos only show loveseat).
The first floor apartment features a newly renovated, bright and cheery kitchen with smooth top range, microwave, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar with seating opens to a comfortable living room which has plenty of room for relaxing and gathering. The two bedrooms in this apartment share a newly renovated bathroom with tub and shower. The second floor apartment has a separate entrance and features two generously-sized bedrooms that share a bathroom with tub and shower. The eat-in kitchen has an updated range and dishwasher and opens to a living room with a flat screen television. Both levels have air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living rooms for comfort. A spacious deck off the second floor features dining and seating for the whole group - the perfect spot to linger and enjoy after a day at the beach!
