With more than 40 years of combined experience, our team brings deep local knowledge, hands-on service, and a genuine love for this area to both homeowners and guests. We believe great property management is about more than bookings. It’s about creating seamless stays, caring for homes as if they were our own, and making sure both owners and renters feel supported every step of the way.

Sunrise Properties was founded by Kim Churas, Kara Churas, and Heather Kelley after years of working together in the Rhode Island rental market. Over the years, the team built a reputation for exceptional service, strong owner relationships, attention to detail, and a rental experience that brought guests back year after year.
Today, Sunrise Properties continues to offer a boutique approach that combines modern rental marketing with personal, local service. In partnership with Experience Real Estate and broker Kathy Schmitt, we also provide support for real estate sales and investment properties throughout Rhode Island.
