Sunrise Properties is a division of Experience Real Estate, founded by Kim Churas, Kara Churas, and Heather Kelley, with Kathy Schmitt as the broker of record. Over the years, the team has expanded with Linda Brancaleone as the Office Administrator and Brooke Churas as the Director of Marketing & Operations.
