Brooke Churas is a Rhode Island native with a lifelong connection to the Ocean State. After earning her undergraduate degree at the University of Vermont, she returned home and has lived throughout Rhode Island, including Wakefield, Watch Hill, Matunuck, and Providence. Brooke got her start in real estate working alongside her mother and sister in their vacation rental business before transitioning into a full-time career in 2012.
With a master’s degree in business administration and extensive experience in luxury real estate marketing, Brooke has built her career supporting top-producing agents and elevating the client experience. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Marketing and Technology for a Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate, where she led brand strategy, developed marketing systems, and created tools that enhanced the presentation and performance of luxury properties across the Rhode Island market.
Her work has focused on combining creativity, data-driven strategy, and a deep understanding of the local market to help agents and listings stand out in a highly competitive space. That same approach now informs her work at Sunrise Properties, where she helps strengthen marketing systems, streamline operations, and enhance the overall experience for both homeowners and guests. With a focus on data, analytics, and evolving technology, Brooke is passionate about building thoughtful tools and staying nimble in a constantly changing market.
Brooke currently resides on the west side of Providence with her dog, Jackie, and remains dedicated to raising the bar for service, communication, and the overall experience across the rental journey.
