Walk to Scarborough Beach in ten minutes. The Block Island Ferry is minutes away along with many state and local beaches. Spend a day in Newport which is about a half hour drive.  This property is an all around good value.  

This is home is available for the 2026 - 2027 academic year for $2400 per month including Wifi.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
