The property is loaded with premium amenities that match its incredible location. Also, If you plan to bring a boat, it must be approved by the owner prior to arrival. Guests will be required to provide proof of insurance, and approval is not guaranteed. Acceptance will depend on factors such as the size, type, and draft of the vessel. Please inquire in advance with details about your boat so we can confirm whether accommodations can be made.
From May-October, owners keep their boat on one side of the dock, the other side is kept for guests use. Owners may access their boat during the rental period, via right of way on property line, but will not be utilizing shed or any property amenities. Guests have four parking spots, and owner has one spot that will be delineated. The dock is raised during the winter months and cannot be walked on until it is lowered in the spring.
