This home is perfection! As soon as we walked in we could tell the home was immaculate. The ac functioned well and despite the outside humidity, the home remained cool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine. The first floor living area had a large dining table where we feasted on clams we harvested in Pt. Judith Pond(with the help of our brother in law who grew up fishing and clamming in that area!) A full bath, a generous living room with a sofa so large we comfortably had eight people lounging and playing games. The large side yard is completely fenced in (one side of the yard was one of those beautiful old and hand crafted stone walls.) We spent many a night on the pristine six person Adirondack dining set with accompanying extra four Adirondack chairs leaving ample room for all! The home's wood floors and wood details were indicative of a time when people really made an effort and cared(built in book shelves, ceiling moulding and fireplace surround.) We brought our two dogs, they too enjoyed the home and yet despite the fact I have a very sensitive nose, I could detect no "dog smell," the house was fresh and clean smelling. The upstairs living area had an equally big kitchen, four well appointed bedrooms a large living room and a full bath. The easily accessible washer and dryer was definitely a bonus. Misquamicut State beach was a quick drive away and well maintained. We highly recommend their RI Doughboys! We also recommend eating at Spain, Iggys, Boone Street, Georges and of course Brickley's Ice Cream! Overall, we cannot say enough great things about the home and look forward to coming back next year!

Overall, everyone had a fantastic stay. The house was very comfortable and the property was professionally managed. The backyard was private and it had a great deck area. Only a few minutes to Town Beach. We'd definitely rent this house again.

The home was clean and accommodated our large family. The kitchens were well equipped and there was plenty of room in the house. The trash day schedule could be clearer for those not from the area. The staff at Sunrise Properties was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely use them again to book a vacation.

Our family loved this house and the location. It is a very short drive to the Narragansett beaches, the South Kingstown Rec Center (basketball courts), YMCA (weights and indoor pool), and the awesome villages of Peace Dale and Wakefield are an easy walk. The bike trails and walking trails in the area are also fantastic. You can ride a bike from Kingston Station all the way to the beach on an old rail line converted to bike path. We had plenty of room for our family of five plus and visitors. The property manager is very responsive and we can’t wait to visit this property again in the future.

The house was a perfect fit for our family gathering. The only thing I would do is get new mattresses in some of the rooms the mattresses are caving in. Otherwise the house was perfect!
