Beautiful 1920 Dutch Colonial Revival home and matching carriage house!  Spread out and make yourself at home while enjoying the large, private back yard and brick patio complete with furniture and grill.  Or, decide to relax on the screened-in porch off the main house. 

The main house features four spacious bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, updated appliances, renovated bathrooms and gleaming hardwood floors throughout.  It also includes a large LCD TV in the main living area, LCD TVs in 3 of the bedrooms along with a washer and dryer. Bed sizes in the main house include 2 queens, 1 full and 2 twins (bunk bed).

The carriage house features an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, its own kitchen, two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms along with a deck, outdoor furniture, hammock and an efficiency washer and dryer. There is also a 42" LCD TV in the main living area and an LCD TV in one of the bedrooms.  The largest bedroom in the carriage house has a queen size bed.  The second bedroom features a bunk bed (2 twins). 

Both houses have wireless high-speed internet and cable TV.  Window AC units are included in all bedrooms and are also provided in the living quarters. Narragansett Town Beach, shops and restaurants are approximately 3/4 of a mile away. Tennis courts, playground and baseball fields are a short walk down the street. The historic town of Wakefield is also a short ride away. 

This home offers versatility for families needing extra space or separate accommodations for older children or relatives. There is a high chair, booster seat, umbrella stroller, jogger and toddler bed on premises for families with small children.  There are 3 bikes along with a basketball hoop/balls, beach toys, a wagon, and beach chairs in the shed. For rainy days, there are board games, DVD players, and books available.  There is a also a small air hockey game and small foosball table in the basement.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
