The house worked out great for our family reunion. Plenty of bedrooms, many with ocean views, and baths. Very well-equipped kitchen, huge dining room table for meals and games, amazing collection of beach gear, lot's of parking and of course a short walk to the beach.

House is thoughtfully designed and furnished, comfortably accommodating our three generation group of 6 adults and 3 little kids. Especially impressive was the large dining area with enough seating and table space for 10-12, and an outdoor table that sat 9 with chairs at either end. We love to be together at meals- and the house is unusual in how many folks can join around the table! Bedrooms etc were similarly nicely appointed and comfy. All in very good condition. Kitchen is super well equipped, especially by the standards of summer rentals. Location is an easy walk to Scarborough in a very quiet neighborhood. Finally, Sunrise Properties could not have been more prompt and helpful in responding to questions.

We rented 34 Elizabeth Rd. for the 2nd year in a row. Grandparents, parents and grandchildren! There is plenty of space for meals, games, etc. New owners locked off one W/D set, but we made do. Beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, etc. are included. Easy walk to the beach!! Please pencil me in for 2025!

34 Elizabeth is a wonderful house, in part because of its layout. There is a lower, (street level) unit that has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting room with comfy furniture and a tv that was ideal for my daughter, her spouse and their 2 year old grandson. He could nap or sleep away from the house noise. The main floor has a small bedroom, a half bath, a large living room and a big eating area with a table that can seat up to 10 easily. There is a lovely porch off of the eating area which was perfect for an early morning coffee. It was also safe for our toddler to run around on. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, including the primary room with an en-suite bathroom and a view of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. The central AC worked well.

This is our second vacation in this home and it does not disappoint. Check in and out could not be easier and the home has everything we need. I would highly recommend this property and this rental agency.

My family has rented a vacation home on Cape Cod for over 50 years. Our vacation in Narragansett far exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure dealing with you since my first contact. The home was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children and their families. We have never had a rental that was cleaner than this one when we arrived. It was very well stocked. having linens provided certainly was helpful in decreasing the amount of items we had to pack. The walk to the beach was very easy and crossing Ocean Avenue was not a problem with the children. The beach was very nice, but we were taken aback by not having trash cans on the beach . We certainly had plenty of trash cans at our property which was great. We definitely liked the area and enjoyed dining out at the local restaurants. We were able to spend some time in Newport and several of us went to Block Island for a day. We definitely are planning to come back next year and hope this property is available for us. I was at a gathering with a group of friends yesterday and I’ve given your contact information to several people who requested it after speaking with me and hearing my rave reviews. Thank you,

The 12 of us (6 teens and 3 adult couples) had a fantastic time over Memorial Day weekend at this house. There was plenty of room to spread out, and it was beautifully appointed with a big, well-stocked kitchen. It was also very clean. Highly recommended.

We loved this rental. There was plenty of space for our growing family and the accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. The house was spotless on our arrival and we appreciated that the house was well stocked with every thing we needed! The short walk to the beach was a plus! We were celebrating a milestone anniversary and I wanted a home that was big enough for my two son's families and my husband and me. I contacted Sunrise Properties and had the privilege of dealing with Kara. I wanted the week to be magical which she very much helped with. I was interested in hiring a photographer for family photos as well as a chef to cook a special meal that week. Kara was able to provide me with great contacts and I could not have been more pleased. She made suggestions of many things for us to do in the area. The house we rented was perfect. . .very well maintained and spacious. The location was great because we could walk to Scarborough beach with our grandchildren. There were two decks, and you could be in the sun or not. Check in and out was very easy and we were contacted to make sure everything was as we expected. I would absolutely rent again from Sunrise Properties and would refer them to everyone.

This home has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stress free vacation. My grandchildren loved it!!! There were 11 of us with plenty of room to spread out. It is a short walk to the ocean and the neighborhood is quiet and the people very nice. Sitting on the decks was so relaxing. The only thing a little difficult for us old folks is the stairs. I also think there should be a non slip mat for the walk in shower and some hand holds to get in and out. Other than that, a great week and I still give it 5 stars!!!!!!

Since we went off season the neighborhood was very peaceful, a perfect time of year to go. The house was only 11/2 blocks to the water making it easy for my 85 & 87 year old parents to take a walk along the beach every morning. It is also incredibly close to the block island ferry and Newport for easy day trips. The house was incredibly clean and extremely well organized with everything you can possibly need for your stay. Was fantastic having 2 decks, one facing east for morning light and one west for sunset. I highly recommend this house for anyone’s next stay in Narragansett.

Spent 3 nights with a large group of girls and the home was perfect! The house is beautiful--plenty of sleeping areas, plenty of bathrooms and showers (a must with a house full of girls!) 2 common areas and a great kitchen/dining area that could fit the whole group! Plenty of parking which was also a plus. There are 2 great decks on the home and only a short walk to the beach. Couldn't of asked for better accommodations! Communication was easy and made the checkin and checkout a breeze. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at 34 Elizabeth. Lovely house with plenty of space for our extended family. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. 2 comments to note - 1) the bath towels do you have a slight musty smell to them - new towels would be a nice change. 2) Dryer took a while to dry clothes - noted that the dryer vent from the outside looked very clogged - may want to get the vents cleaned.
