The spacious, modern kitchen is well equipped for easy meals and entertaining, with a gas range, well-appointed amenities, and water views. Just outside, the back deck offers a dining table with seating for six, along with a Weber gas grill for relaxed outdoor dining. The front porch, complete with two rocking chairs, is a welcoming spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening.
Both bedrooms are en suite, offering comfort and privacy. The first-floor bedroom features a shower/tub combination, making it a convenient option for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. Upstairs, a second-floor landing with a daybed provides additional space to relax or accommodate an extra guest. The second en suite bedroom features a Jacuzzi tub and a separate stand-up shower.
Step out onto the upper deck to take in sweeping ocean views, with Block Island visible in the distance. Continue up to the rooftop deck for an even more expansive coastal panorama to view vast shoreline and stunning sunsets.
The location makes it easy to settle in and leave the car parked for much of your stay. South Kingstown Town Beach is within walking distance, as are Seaview Market, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Matunuck Pizza, and the iconic Ocean Mist, known for its beachside atmosphere and live music. Beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach cart are provided to make beach trips even more convenient.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
