This single-level home offers four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and over 2,200 square feet of living space. A well-behaved dog may be considered with prior approval and a $100 pet fee.
Located just a half-mile walk to Roger Wheeler Beach and less than three-quarters of a mile to Scarborough State Beach. The Block Island Ferry is only 1.5 miles away, making day trips easy to plan. You’re close to local favorites like Iggy’s Doughboys, Aunt Carrie’s, and George’s of Galilee, with Sunset Farm nearby for fresh produce and meats. Coffee shops, bagel spots, On Point Pizza, grocery stores, and shopping are all just minutes away.
All the bedrooms, bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen are on one level. The living room and king bedroom have split A/C units, while the three other bedrooms have window A/C units. New vinyl laminate flooring runs throughout, giving the home a fresh, clean feel. One of the highlights is the 360-degree watchtower, offering partial ocean views and a great spot for sunrises and sunsets. The large deck is perfect for grilling, dining, or just enjoying the ocean breeze.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
