The kitchen is open to the living/dining area and features a large stone island for dining or food prep. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, and the bathroom is accessible from the hallway. The living room has a pullout sofa, allowing sleeping accomodations for a total of 5 people. There is also a small den that would be ideal for those needing to "work from your vacation home". The large yard, patio and elevated deck are perfect for enjoying the ocean breezes and Narragansett sunsets.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

Wonderful Vacation
Our stay this summer was wonderful. The house was as described, and had all the things needed to make us feel right at home. We were walking distance from the beach in a calm & quiet neighborhood. The host was prompt and responsive. Check-in/out was smooth, with clear instructions and communication. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations, or a better host.
