This bright 2-bedroom, 1-bath home on James Street is just a short drive or a ~15-minute walk to Scarborough State Beach. You’ll also be within easy walking distance of a convenience store, coffee shop, pizza place, and liquor store, with Galilee’s seafood, marinas, and local restaurants only a few minutes away.

All living is on one level, making the home easy and comfortable to navigate. The front bedroom and living room each have window A/C units, and the rear bedroom has a stand-up fan. Smart TVs are available in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is ready for everyday cooking, and a large backyard offers space to relax or enjoy the outdoors. Outside you’ll find an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill, four Adirondack chairs with a coffee table, and beach gear including a cart, umbrella, cooler, boogie board, and four beach chairs.

A well-behaved dog is welcome with prior agency approval and a pet fee. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience.
This is a two-family home with a full-time occupant in the second unit. Each unit has a private entrance and is not internally connected, providing full privacy.
There is parking for two cars.

The rate includes checkout cleaning and linens for full occupancy, with sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set per guest. Beach towels are not included unless noted. Stays longer than one week may incur an additional linen fee.
