Lands End/ 787 Ocean Road, Unit 10

This was our seventh summer stay at Lands End and it was just as nice as all the rest! The family and guests look forward to vacation there every year. The location directly across from Scarborough beach is simply perfect. The beach itself is clean and ideal for toddlers with its long ,warm , safe tidal pools. The huge waves this year were spectacular. The condo itself is very clean, open and “modern beachy” There are three floors and lots of room for family and friends. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby so you don’t have to go far for anything you need. Land’s end is just a wonderful summer vacation spot and we’re already looking forward to next year!

The condo was magnificent- clean, well appointed, comfortable furniture, and completely stocked kitchen. Having extras supplies and beach equipment included was a nice bonus! The views are beautiful. We were very pleased with the condo and the excellent service of Sunrise Properties!

We had a wonderful week in Unit 10. Everything we needed was provided. The unit was clean and inviting. Maybe add a cooler??

My family loves Unit 10 at Lands End. It's always spotless, has everything we need in the kitchen, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. We love walking back and forth to the beach every day and we look forward to returning to the condo at the end of the day. We look forward to this trip every year.

This was our fourth summer staying at Land’s End #10 and it was the best yet because of the perfect weather we had for the full two weeks. The accommodations as usual were clean and very comfortable on all three floors. The unit is very bright with a very nice beachy decor. Being right across the street from a beautiful beach makes it an ideal spot for our family vacation. Everything a family would need is very close: restaurants, supermarkets, adventure land and much more. We had a great time this year and we’re looking forward to another fun vacation next year at Land’s End.

This is our second stay in Unit 10 at Lands End. It was clear the owners painted in the off season and I think the bathrooms may have been updated, but I'm not 100% sure. We LOVE this condo. It has everything we needed, it's easy to live in, and the location can't be beat. We love walking across the street to the beach and then returning to the outside shower. We lucked out and had a perfect weather week. A fabulous week with our family.

This lovely condo is across the street from the Scarborough beach and has two balconies with an ocean view. It was clean and comfortable. The Sunrise Properties staff was very helpful and answered questions promptly.

10 Lands End is a wonderful place for a summer vacation for family and friends! We just finished our third summer there and we can’t wait to go back next year. The unit is really nice: three floors, lots of space,3 bedrooms plus pullouts and couches and two bathrooms. The decor and layout are very beachy, bright, open and clean. The accommodations and amenities,(AC/internet/cable), are all modern and work great. As nice as the unit is, the highlight of this spot is that it is right across the road from beautiful Scarborough beach! The gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean from the unit balconies are incredible! Our family and friends love the beach, the unit and the whole area. 10 LandsEnd is now a family summer tradition.😎

We were very pleased with everything during our stay! Cleanliness, provided linens, included amenities and treats left for us. We’ve been vacationing in Narragansett as a family for 20 years and our stay has never been so comfortable. It was so nice not to have to pack/unpack bath towels, bed linens and beach chairs. Also amazing to feel like home when sitting on the couch or taking a shower, not worrying about it being “dirty”. Will definitely stay again next year! Thank you so much 😊

We loved staying at Land’s End! The location is beautiful across from Scarborough beach. The house is well appointed and comfortable, As well as very organized and clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the king bed is older and ok in comfort. The stair carpets and sofas could use a cleaning to be fresh smelling.

Situated just across the street from Scarborough Beach, this unit has an incredible view of Narragansett Bay from both the first floor balcony and the master bedroom balcony. The beach is wonderful; clean,quiet and family- friendly. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and a nice shopping center within 2 miles.There's lots to do in the area , such as golf and boating and boarding, but most of all we love the shore-fishing and clamming. The unit itself is really nice. It's very modern,clean, bright and beachy. There's plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Everything you need is there, from internet and AC to Washer/dryer and beach toys. This was our second year at Lands End and we had a really great time, (the kids love the place!) We hope to come back every summer! I can't say enough about Heather at Sunrise and the unit owner; they are just such helpful and friendly people that they make the whole rental experience positive and pleasant.
